The historic area of Farringdon, London is one of the most desirable places to live for creative types and is known for its urban, cool, and youthful culture.

To match its vibrant surroundings, the office building at 16 – 18 Kirby Street needed a redesign and so the expert team at BSPS were called in to design and build the space.

The team completely redesigned the office building including a new black metalworks design and metal cladding as well as new partitions, ceiling, timber wall cladding, doors, and joinery. They also created a very cool space for vertically mounting bikes – ideal for environmentally conscious commuters.

As well as the redesign, the team also installed small power outlets, fire alarms and access control.

The building was left operational throughout the work carried out, but the specialist team completed the work in an efficient manner with minimal disruption caused. The striking building is now well suited to the urban vibes of Farringdon.
