Crofton House is a stunning Grade II listed mansion house in the chic area of Marylebone, London. The striking residential property is surrounded by high-end shops, galleries, luxury hotels and eateries.
This Edwardian traditional red brick building needed to be restored to its former glory to keep in line with other properties in the area and make it a welcoming home for new tenants.
The specialist team at BSPS were brought in to spruce up the external façade by doff cleaning, pointing, limewash and roof
repairs. The team also refurbished the traditional transom windows with glazing repairs and treated the roof with solar reflective paint.
Being in such a busy area of London, the team were required to abseil for repairs in some inaccessible areas.
The team were able to complete the job with minimal disruption to the public and those living and working in the area. The mansion house was soon looking just as beautiful as it did back in the early 1900s and is ready to welcome new residents.
