As a purpose-built, contemporary office building, Davidson House in Reading was looking to provide the perfect space for any budding business.

BSPS was enlisted to refurbish the common parts of the building to ensure a sleek and professional office environment.

As part of dilapidation work for the landlord, one of the floors was completely removed to create a bright open-plan CAT A office space. The comms room, kitchen, partitioning and ceilings were stripped out to achieve this, and the space was fitted out with new flooring, lighting, HVAC and decorations.

With the building being in use, all work to the common parts was completed out of hours to ensure that no one was disrupted and no vital business calls were missed!
