To work in the exclusive Jermyn Street in London would be a privilege for many. Described as ‘quintessentially British’, the street is home to London’s finest men’s tailors, leather goods stores, food and wine merchants, art galleries and restaurants.

BSPS was recruited to ensure that the interior of the office accommodation was just as striking as the street itself.The first-floor accommodation was completely stripped, to leave a smart open-plan CAT A arrangement. A new suspended ceiling was created and an AC and ventilation system was added to keep workers cool in the muggy London heat.

The whole area was painted to create a fresh and clean feel and, to finish, a bespoke lighting scheme was installed which included LED efficiency, low-energy modular light fittings.

Quintessentially British professionalism for a quintessentially British street.
