An industrial estate close to Gatwick Airport is a popular choice for many businesses and so BSPS was asked to overhaul two large units in Meadowbrook, Crawley to have them up and running and ready to let.

BSPS had previously worked on the industrial estate and were hired again to bring their wealth of knowledge and experience to the project.

The units were completely refurbished internally and externally, which included replacing damaged cladding panels and re-spraying, roof and gutter linings, replacing the roof lights and refurbishing the warehouse area with new lighting, resin floors and decorations. The office areas, WC facilities and staircases were also refurbished.

The result is bright, fresh industrial units ready for the next business to let out.
