Queen Anne Street sits at the heart of Marylebone's Harley Street medical district, home to some of London's finest Georgian townhouses. Number 50 is a Grade II listed property built around 1760, and so the expert team at BSPS were instructed for a full external refurbishment alongside a CAT B office fit-out.

Externally, the team restored the brickwork, stonework and stucco render, eased and repaired the original sash windows, and replaced the tired timber lanterns above the office floors with new rooflights set on fresh steelwork. Internally, the building was stripped back and strengthened before new partitions, ceilings and fire-rated flooring went in, with bespoke joinery including a reception desk, banquette seating and kitchen island giving the offices their character.

Working around medical tenants who remained in occupation throughout, the team carried out the transformation with minimal disruption to those below.

50 Queen Anne Street is now a fully restored Georgian townhouse with a smart, modern office fit-out behind its period façade, thanks to the team at BSPS.
