The team also undertook repairs to the smoke ventilation system, refurbishment of common areas, and a full suite of passive fire protection works to strengthen the building’s overall resilience. Externally, the project encompassed masonry and render repairs, external redecoration, and the installation of a new vehicle and pedestrian gate, improving both the appearance and security of the development.
