50 Great Marlborough Street
Service: Fit Out
Great Marlborough Street is in the fashionable district of Soho in London. Named after John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, it was considered an exclusive address in the 18th century. It has since developed into a creative hub for the media industry and many of the original buildings have been replaced.
The expert team at BSPS were called in to fit out 50 Great Marlborough Street and have created a stunning mix of old and new ready to welcome a fresh batch of media professionals.
Four floors of the building were comprehensively refurbished to the highest standard and works included new lighting, fire alarm and security installation as well as refuse system throughout the building.
The team completely overhauled the property while keeping the original brown brick for the upper levels and creating a striking cream sandstone entrance and reception area. The building was occupied while BSPS worked their magic and had to work around the DB noise rating alarm of 68db.
With the building now fitted out to the highest standard, everyone in Soho will want to work there.
