Set in the vibrant heart of Farringdon, 89 Charterhouse Street is a prominent commercial building just moments from Farringdon Station. The expert team at BSPS were appointed to transform the space by carrying out an extensive refurbishment project across multiple floors.

The works included demolition and installation of new structural steelwork, dry lining and the installation of sleek glazed partitions to create flexible, light-filled working environments. Painting and finishing works brought a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout.

Extensive M&E works were also undertaken, including new lighting and small power systems, floor boxes, air conditioning, access control, and upgrades to lift doors and controls. Plumbing improvements ensured the building was fully ready for incoming tenants.
