With office space in high demand, the landlord at Capital Point in Slough called on BSPS to carry out dilapidation work by completely reconfiguring the current space to make two separate CAT A offices.

A welcoming lobby was created to divide the floor, complete with new lighting, ceilings, glazed and stud partitions. The toilets were given a modern upgrade with new sanitaryware, cubicles, vanity units, flooring and lighting.

To ensure that the two areas were fully functional, the electrical supplies were split and required sub-metering and new electrical boards.

Partitions were stripped out for an open-plan layout and all areas were decorated with new floor finishing added.

To paraphrase Sir John Betjeman, this office is certainly fit for workers now.
