Castellian Mansions is stunning red brick mansion block in the heart of Maida Vale in London. For the apartments to remain hugely desirable for residents, the specialist team at BSPS were called in for some refurbishments.

To bring the building up to date, the team repaired and redecorated the communal areas including the replacement of 112 fire doors to the entrance of each apartment and new carpet throughout the staircase and lobbies.

The team also completely rewired and replaced the existing electrical and intercom system and installed new recessed downlighters in the lobby areas and microwave LED lights to all landings.

With 112 apartments to access, the team had to meticulously plan the logistics of the project and keep in contact with current residents.

The expert team has soon modernised the beautiful building while keeping disruption to a minimum for residents.
