Old Bond Street

Service: Refurbishment & Fit Out

Sector: Commercial

Anyone who has ever played Monopoly will know that Bond Street is one of the most expensive locations in London.

The length of the street has been part of the Mayfair Conservation Area controlled by Westminster City Council, and building alterations and construction are tightly controlled to make sure the street’s appearance remains the same.

BSPS have a reputation for working on some of London’s most exclusive streets and buildings and so were called upon for their expertise to refurbish the fifth floor in a building on the iconic street.

Having once been used as a laboratory, the rooms needed a fit out and new stylish washrooms to become the perfect office space for the Capital’s high flyers. BSPS replaced the ceiling and lighting layout, created a new raised floor, installed electrical lighting, plumbing and reinstated a fire system.

The bespoke washrooms were designed by our in-house interior designer to fit well with the luxurious location. With the flagship store of renowned diamond specialist, De Beers Jewellers, situated on the lower floors of the building, the new office space is the perfect mix of traditional glamour and modern functionality.
