BSPS was hired to give the late-Georgian duplex flat on the estate an overhaul to be ready for future tenants.

The flat was cleared of all existing doors, floors, ironmongery, sanitaryware and old mechanical and electrical cabling and pipework. The kitchen was also removed, along with anything else that wasn’t part of the original building.
