Located on one of the busiest main red-routes through London, The Lanesborough is a luxury hotel in the prestigious Knightsbridge area of the city.

BSPS was tasked with the external refurbishment on the Regency-style grand residence. Due to the business of the area, scaffolding was not permitted so, instead, specialist cradles were suspended from the roof.

The building required a complete redecoration of the building’s painted stucco façade and overhaul of all traditional sash windows, whilst the Hotel was in full occupation.

The Grade II listed hotel has now been immaculately redecorated in line with the specifications of The Grosvenor Estate, making it a privilege for any tourist to stay there.
