Watchmaker Court sits on the site of a former clock and watch warehouse in St John Street, London. The whole street was once filled with watchmakers and watch repair shops, so it was important that the clock in the centre of the court was in tip-top condition to represent all watchmakers that have dwelled there.

The professional team at BSPS were asked to spring the clock back to life. To enable the clock to be removed, the team erected a scaffolding and installed a lifting beam so the clock could be reconditioned and reinstalled. The façade and windows received a deep clean and respray.

Being a busy street in the heart of London, the team efficiently worked to ensure that minimal disruption was caused.

The striking clock now looks timeless and will be there to keep locals on time for years to come.
